PROJETO DE ARTE-EDUCAÇÃO EM ESCOLA RURAL NO INTERIOR DE SÃO PAULO – PROJETO DE LEITURA E PRODUÇÃO TEXTUAL ENVOLVENDO TEATRO

Abstract

This Project is about reading and writing skillsconcerning theater texts. It was applied at a rural schoolof Jaguariúna’s public educational system, São Paulostate, at class of senior’s junior school students (5thgrade). Working on the difficulties found on teachingprocess (due to student’s aggressive behavior and alsotheir intolerance and low curriculum development), Idecided to use my work experience on theater to changethe classes into a more interesting and dynamic event tothe students. During this project my goal was to fulfill allthe curriculum demands while improving the humanrelations among students and teachers. The result was theproduction of a theater play, wrote and thought by all thestudents, it also led to a behavioral change andimprovement on their marks.
