A PRODUÇÃO DE RECURSOS MULTIMIDIA PARA SEREM UTILIZADOS EM PROCESSOS DE ENSINO-APRENDIZAGEM

Abstract

The aim of this work is to present the cd-roms"Steel Structures - design of steel structures subject toforces" and " Building with Steel " developed byUniversidade Federal de Ouro Preto and Usiminas and thenanalyze the concepts that guided the development of themultimedia resources. The cd rom "Steel Structures - designof steel structures subject to forces" has educational purposeand presents some graphical animations in three dimensionsthat allow a better visualization of the behavior of steelstructures subject to forces. The cd rom “Building withSteel" presents industrialized solutions that can be used inbuildings with steel structures in Brazil. In this paper isanalyzed the importance of image use in the teachinglearningprocess, facilitating the understanding of complexprocedures. The learning theories, issues relating tousability, accessibility and multimedia design are analyzed.Index Terms ⎯ multimedia resource, learning technology.
