Abstract
Based on Vigotsky theory, the thesis that thetools that we use on our environment is accept, not onlytransform the world around us, but transform the practicesof those who use them, as well as how to proceed andprosecute those thoughts sustain them. Think aboutaccessibility in the web is a challenge for designers anddevelopers of the virtual world.
