COORDENAÇÃO DE UM CURSO DE PÓS-GRADUAÇÃO A DISTÂNCIA

Abstract

The design of a specialization course shouldprovide students the development of skills and abilities toconduct their careers. Furthermore, the skills of a courseare also key parts for the development of everyone involvedin the process and are subject to a sustainable, integrated,and with clear objectives curriculum. Essentially, thegreatest virtue of a project is the result of connections andresponsibilities established among the participants. Thisarticle is focused on the universe of distance educationspecialization courses under the perspective (viewpoint) ofits Coordination. Under this perspective, the Lato Sensucourse Business Management Processes offered at UNISC –Universidade de Santa Cruz do Sul is presented, focusingthe relationship of Coordination, Tutors and Teachers. Itdiscusses the responsibilities of the coordination and itsability to balance planning and flexibility, adapting to theneeds of students.Index Terms – Coordination, specialization, EAD.
