PROFESSIONAL-PEDAGOGICAL PREPARATION OF UNIVERSITY FACULTY IN THE CONDITIONS OF MODERNIZATION OF RUSSIAN PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION

Abstract

Authors of the present paper focus on thoseproblems of professional-pedagogical preparation of youngtechnical university faculty, which are at present mosturgent for Russian higher education. The creation ofpedagogical environment, necessary for the formation ofbasic and professional competencies of future engineersduring the process of university education, is one of the mainproblems, which has to be solved by young lecturers invarious university departments, working in a single team.Index Terms ⎯ professional preparation of universityfaculty, professional competency, teamwork, pedagogicalenvironment.
