UMA APLICAÇÃO WEB BASEADA EM REDES NEURAIS PARA AUXILIAR OS DISCENTES EM MEDICINA NO DIAGNÓSTICO DE DOENÇAS MENINGOCÓCICAS

Abstract

The meningitis are diseases of varied sourcesthat compromise the human nervous central system, beinghard its detection faced to the variety forms expressed. Inthis sense, a computational model system based incomputational intelligence can contribute with the moreaccreted identification of the possible classes of that diseaseand, therefore, helping the reduction of the high deathindexes and sequels due the inaccurate identification of thedisease. Thus, the present work aims to build acomputational system facing the help in the decision taken inthe classification of meningococcal diseases, using for thispurpose artificial intelligence based algorithms. Theproposed system was projected for be used in a webenvironment, helping the distribution of the computationalintelligence acquired by knowledge algorithms to lots ofprofessionals and medicine students, providing a gain ofquality in analysis and treatment of diseases, so as theknowledge process.Index Terms ⎯ Redes Neurais Artificiais, MultilayerPerceptron, Backpropagation, meningococcal disease,meningitis.
