Abstract


Since the decade of the nineties, Brazil hasbeen developing several strategies of evaluation ofsuperior education. With the creation of the OpenUniversity System of Brazil also came the necessity toadequate the system of evaluation, the specifications of theover distance form. Thus, this study will present the resultsof the analysis of Multiple Return. The hypothesis of whichthe preceding variables (factor 1 System of tutorship;factor 2 Pole management and factor 3 Physical structureof the pole) can predict the student’s level of satisfactionwith services given by the pole, in variable criterion. Inthis investigation, the results point to a reasonablecorrelation (71%).. The questionnaire was made from thegeneral orientations of the guide of self evaluation thatcomposes the National System of Evaluation for SuperiorEducation (SINAES). Participating in the research, 48%of the students registered in 6 graduation courses in 16pole.Index Terms ⎯ Evaluation Pole Support Presencial;Satisfaction of the Student; University Open of Brazil.
