Abstract


This paper, through a bibliographic review andproduction of involved in research made at FederalUniversity of Itajubá – UNIFEI, Open University of BrazilProject – UAB, by experience and information sharing, hasas objective promote reflections and analysis, and by thisdevelop a tutor's profile in EaD , focusing its ability ofteaching as a professor. Considering that EaD has now animportant space in the current educational field due to theincreasing number of students that are choosing this kind ofteach, in a first description of the job, the tutor was no morethan a support to the professor, by necessity of its ownadaptation and contextualization of its actions, requireschanges in its role.Index Terms ⎯ EaD, Ability of Teaching, EaD, Tutor
