Abstract

COPEC – Council of Researches in Educationand Sciences is a council that has a history of action inmany fields, conceiving and implementing projects withsuccess. Parts of COPEC envision is the attention to thechanges in world scenario concerning the political,economical and social aspects of the country and the globe.Having in mind the necessity to enhance communication andarts research COPEC has embraced the accomplishment ofa conference such as WCCA’2010, despite the so called“world crisisâ€. Indeed it is the moment of economical, socialand moral crisis but any field of science should be punishedor should not stop to advance.
