Educação ambiental e patrimonial por meio de uma perspectiva lúdica: o projeto preservando com alegria

Abstract

This University Extension project aims to promote environmental and heritage education by a puppet show. The project is designed for students of elementary school of the municipality of Laguna - a small town in southern Brazil. The project started in 2010 and followed these Methodological steps: historical and bibliographic research; script design; taking photographs of points of interest; creation of scenarios, characters and puppets; rehearse the theater piece; preparation of thematicworkshops; and, finally, puppet show presentations.In the puppet show features three personages - a kid resident of Laguna, another kid who is visiting the town and, a little dog. These characters visit a diversity of historical, cultural and tourist sites of Laguna. During the tour are raise, in a ludic and participative way, the importance of preserving historical heritage, environmental and the local culture.
