FORMAÇÃO DE TUTORES COM ÊNFASE NA AVALIAÇÃO FORMATIVA DA APRENDIZAGEM

Abstract

This study aims to present a proposal forongoing training for teachers of the Service of IndustrialLearning (SENAI) of the Federal District that will work in avirtual learning environment. The course aims to provideteachers the opportunity to reflect on current assessmentpractice and other possible paths, as well as the conditionsto plan, develop and implement assessment tools that enablethe success of the teaching and learning, whether in the facemodality, is in the distance. The theoretical framework thatwill guide the ongoing formative assessment of learning andthe assumptions of Distance Education. It also sought due tothe context of completing the course evaluation on the basisof learning from the perspective of teaching skills. To meetthe objectives proposed, will be presented later, one of theprofile of teachers of this institution as a justification of thechoice of type of education.
