GRANDES METRÓPOLIS, INFRAESTRUCTURA SOCIOECONOMICA – TRANSPORTE CASO DE LA REPÚBLICA ARGENTINA

Abstract


Contemporary urbanization processes are characterized by dimensions, speeds, accelerations andsocial and political significance quite different from thoseof modernity. Its most emblematic resultingmetropolization now define a renewed form of resolution of the territorial culture of man. The paper addresses the problem of the metropolis as part of a complex anddynamic scenary, emphasizing the most significant issuesof land use agenda urban -metropolitan, the responses from actors and considersthe case of Argentine territorial model with the common problems of metropolis. The proposal concludes about the need of creativity and effort create conditions to reach a possible and sustainable development and sustainable through the study of efficientand coordinated matters such as: strategic, comprehensive and sectorial planning , land, utilities, infrastructure and transportation, among others.
