EDUCAÇÃO E CULTURA: TRÊS DESAFIOS DA POLÃCIA MILITAR DO ESTADO DE SÃO PAULO

Abstract

The Military Police of São Paulo State has been promoting, the modernization of its management model through the constant assessment of any non-conformities and the search for improvements. Being part of a global project for 2031, several management actions have been developed and some others are pending approval. Three of these actions were selected and presented in this article. The first action concerns the creation of a scenic city for the training and assessment of military and police personnel in their operational activities, which shall be a center of excellence of production and dissemination of knowledge. The second action, also related to learning and training, concerns the assessment of the cognitive results, which will allow the analysis of the teaching activities as a whole. The third issue concerns the history and memory of the organization: the establishment of a Cultural Center and Museum of the Military Police is proposed.
