ADAPTAÇÕES CELULARES EM HIPÓXIA TECIDUAL PULMONAR: AVALIAÇÃO CITOHISTOPATOLÓGICA EXPERIMENTAL
Abstract
Studies on patients with chronic obstructive
pulmonary disease, revealed that they had abnormalities
in the pulmonary vasculature and hypoxic stimulus that a
change could further increase the gas exchange in these
individuals with impaired endothelial function of vessels.
In this trial, we aimed to verify the consequences brought
about by hypoxia in lung tissue and its effects on cellular
and tissue adaptation of oxygen deficiency in experimental
animals (Rattus novergicus). We rely on laboratory tests
in the induction of hypoxia in rats using the comparison of
the lung of rats and receive medication to control rats. As
well, the research of scientific articles related to the
handling of animals, specifically rats, and their use in
experiments involving drugs and hypoxia. As a result, we
found slight modification of cellular morphology and
tissue by hypoxia (cellular adaptation) in response to
observed drug bronchodilator generator defects in
diffusion-perfusion of gases.
