TECNOLOGIA ALTERNATIVA PARA ILUMINAÇÃO EM AMBIENTES COMERCIAIS: LED

Abstract


The Brazilian’s energy potential had his growthdue to the operation of new power plants, however thenational development has imposed a constant growth inenergy demand. There are several factors that lead to thisdemand: population increase, the new technologies, thegrowth of trade beyond the need to increase the industrialpark. In this current scenario, there are contributions thatallow to reduce energy consumption without harming thedevelopment of a nation. This work approaches the viabilityof replacing conventional lamps by light emitter diode(LED) in a commercial environment. It traces a comparativetechnical and economic obtained through a case study bymeasurements made in a commercial environment.
