UN APRENDIZAJE FLEXIBLE APLICADO A SISTEMAS DE ECUACIONES ALGEBRAICAS LINEALES

Héctor Eduardo Rubio Scola, Mabel Azucena Medina

Abstract

In this work, it is presented the resolution oflinear algebraic equations learning from different aproachs, using computacional tools. A flexible learning it is proposedfrom theoric frame of Teaching for Understanding, wherestudents learn doing. They can be able to explain, demonstrate, give examples, establish analogies and comeback to present topics in a new way. Used approachs are: 1)as algebraic equations (using the inverse or the pseudoinverse of the coefficients matrix), 2) working with thecoefficients matrix (Cramer method, Gauss-Jordanelimination, etc), 3) considering the matrix coefficients as alinear transformation (the concepts of kernel, range andbiyection are used). The computational tool is the freesoftware Scilab. This is a scientific, numerical andprograming software developped by the INRIA (France).
