MOTOR ODONTOLÓGICO CONTROLADO ATRAVÉS DE MODULAÇÃO POR LARGURA DE PULSO

Abstract

The lack of a torque monitor and high precisiontorque control system in dental implant surgeries is a wellrecognized complication. In order to minimize this problemthis paper presents the main conclusions gotten so far of awork whose focus is the development of an equipment tocontrol the torque of micro-motors used in the dentalimplant surgery. In the end of the project the prototype willcontrol the rotation speed of the micro-motor, what is vitalto the implant surgery, and show values of its torque withhigh precision at any moment of the surgery.
