INTEGRAÇÃO DOS CURSOS DO CEFET-RJ E AS DEMANDAS DO MERCADO DE TRABALHO EMERGENTE NO BRASIL

Abstract

With the eminent expansion of the Brazilianeconomic growth, the CEFET-RJ, as traditional Institutionof formation of professionals, as much of level technicianhow much of superior education in engineering, recognizedas Center of Excellency in this area of performance,together with the UFF, inserts in the society, professionalscapable to take care of specific demands of the sector. Insuch a way, the proposal of this article is to present theintegration of the Courses Technician and the Graduationin Civil Engineering in function of the involvedprofessionals in this project, with exploitation of itslaboratories, of intellectual capital e, still, of the abilityacquired for the formandos students, in attendance thedemands of the market of Brazilian emergent work.
