FORMAÇÃO DE TUTORES COM ÊNFASE NA AVALIAÇÃO FORMATIVA DA APRENDIZAGEM

Abstract

This study aims to present a proposal for
ongoing training for teachers of the Service of Industrial
Learning (SENAI) of the Federal District that will work in a
virtual learning environment. The course aims to provide
teachers the opportunity to reflect on current assessment
practice and other possible paths, as well as the conditions
to plan, develop and implement assessment tools that enable
the success of the teaching and learning, whether in the face
modality, is in the distance. The theoretical framework that
will guide the ongoing formative assessment of learning and
the assumptions of Distance Education. It also sought due to
the context of completing the course evaluation on the basis
of learning from the perspective of teaching skills. To meet
the objectives proposed, will be presented later, one of the
profile of teachers of this institution as a justification of the
choice of type of education.
