Abstract

The Higher Education Institution in Brazil have
a great problem, to evaluate and presenting the existing data
in general systems results. The lack of automatated systems,
prepares for decision support knowledge based systems.
There are many storage data disponible without the right
visualization and access for decision support. This study
provide a better understanding of a information
management, using a computing intelligence (CI). This work
is based in a research in the existing data base and the
publiched resarchs results. Using CI systems to development
and data analysis to contribute decision making process. To
quick view of the results, is used a visual tool named
Dashboard that uses a spreadsheet and presenting the
results.
