Abstract

The software development is anextremely complex activity, because it covers two distinctareas, which are technology and people. In software area,technological evolution is very fast and usually complicatesthe management of the development process. Otheraggravating are the facts of development be abstract, andalso because there are no tangible products. Precisely forthese reasons, many researchers are trying to definedevelopment processes to measure, evaluate and scale thesoftware development, but these processes in the vastmajority of cases are focused on implementing the activitiesand not in the developer who will run them, causingdiscomfort in the team and forcing adjustments inprocedures which almost always turn it to a differentdirection.
