Social competence of teachers – Engineers

Abstract

This discussion contribution deals with definitions of the terms „social competence" and „teacher authority“, explains the meaning of above mentionedcompetence in pedagogical interaction and also mentions the possibilities of developing social abilities and skills of teachers - as important part of their professional authority.
