GRILHÃO, ARGOLA, CORRENTE: UMA MESMA IMAGEM, DIFERENTES SIGNIFICADOS
Abstract
This paper seeks to reflect on image reading and the visually impaired person. I support myself in the text of Fernando A.G. de Azevedo(2009), "Art enables the human being to rethink their beliefs and reinvent everyday life" that brings an exciting reading of images of the work of Chinese artist Chien Chi presented at the 25th São Paulo Biennial (2002). From this aesthetic experience from Azevedo, I appropriate their discoveries to make a work of audio description. In the analysis of image reading and audio description I try to base my image in some scholars like Alberto Manguel (2009, 2004), Mirian Celeste Martins (2010) and Susan Santog (2003). To think of the image reading for visually impaired people I seek the lessons from Begoña Cano Consuegra (2002).
