ARQUITETURA DA INFORMAÇÃO NO WEBSITE “ESTPRINTâ€

Abstract

With the increasing range of products and services on the Web, users are becomingin creasingly demandin. Much of their daily taks are solved by Web, because they do not have time to waste on sites user unfriendly. Organizations needs to attend to them promptly, thus avoiding losing the customer to a competitor tha offers an easier access to information. Information Architecture for the web is an area of study that is concerned with seeking better ways to organize information for web sites with the main objective to facilitate the process of finding information by the user. This article analyzed the website Estprint and proposes improvements according to the criteria discussed in the information Architecture: organization of subject categories, tagging, search and navigation.
