Abstract


Brazil is the main exporter in the world marketof bovine meat and the face of increased competition byfridges companies in this growing market and the Laws ofEnvironmental Protection, it requires organizationalstructures consolidated with competitive strategies. The goalthis study is identify and describe the organizationalstructure and strategies adopted by company considered abenchmark in industry fridge, the Group JBS-Friboi. Thus,was conducted a research about information provided bycompany object of this study. Analyzing the organizationalstructure and strategies as competition guns, was found thatthe company studied acts in the competition in product,more specifically in quality and variety, seeking new marketsbecause there constant acquisition of news companies andexpanding its organizational culture. Was foundpreoccupation in maximizing the use of raw material,reducing waste, adding value and generating profits. Thesebeing, thus strong competitives tactics with respect toadvertising and costs.Index Terms ⎯ Organizational structure, strategy, fridge.
