Abstract
The evolution of society in the twentieth centurywas reflected in various aspects of human life. The twentyfirstcentury suggests that this trend will continue, though,quickly, and with contours and implications that come tojeopardize the continued existence of life on the planetsurface. Identified climate change on the planet make thedifferent parts of civil society will recognize the adverseimpacts of these developments, imposed primarily by strongcountries. This paper aims to provide general different partsof society the development of agreements initiated at COP -15 and decisions made at COP - 16 aimed at meeting theneeds of change in the set of beliefs and principles cultivatedby society. This study adopts a descriptive study related tothe scenarios in which adverse impacts are due solely toglobal warming.
