Smoke contains many substances,, nicotine is avery potent pharmacological agent,, we all know thatnicotine acts directly on the brain,, and other substancesaf ect the entire system,, the present study seeks a directrelationship with tobacco use in progressive doses ofef ects on skeletal muscle,, yet little studied.. Also,, braindamage,, although not studied has great information onwhich brain regions are most af ected.. The study will alsomonitor how the lung damage.. The study also utilizzemethods of imaging to monitor the progress of damage,,and methods for histochemical analysis of tissue damage,,biochemical studies will be undertaken to raise thepossible change in expressed proteins in the blood duringthe study,, thus making a further analysis.. It is expectedthat the changes follow a line according to the amount oftobacco administered forthis purpose will be to test usingexperimental modelsin practice.
