CONSTRUÇÃO MODULAR EM EDIFÍCIOS RESIDENCIAIS (CMER)

Abstract

The Civil engineering market, more specific the one for Residential Buildings, is suffering growing changes, and the costumer is getting rigorous, creating a concept of doing it on more economic way while meeting requirements, such as: speed and quality. This work has the objective of producing knowledge about the current Modular Construction on Residential Buildings that allows the projects development to be more financially accessible with a higher quality. The research design for the referred work development is based on descriptive and correlational study. As result is presented the training of professionals in the civil construction industry, through a disclosure of a concept series that considers the modular construction on residential buildings.
