THE UNIVERSE ETHIC ALGORYTHM
Abstract
The fractal, polytomic, and creative paradigmsof the education development as well as knowledgehierarchy are analyzed. The hypothesis of the new approachto the distance learning based on the energy informationalpedagogic paradigm and the approach to ethic algorithmconstruction and awareness is proposed.
