Abstract


Ubiquitous Computing is growing rapidly in ICT area. The term refers to the increasing integration of ICT technologies into environments, and this could be possible with the exponential development of microprocessors, networks, and other communications facilities. The aims of this article is to explain and review the term ubiquitous computing, technologies involved, electronic government evolution, the ubiquitous government term and some applications into people’s lives.
