ENGENHARIA SUSTENTÃVEL "ESTUDO SOBRE A SUSTENTABILIDADE COMO EIXO FORMADOR NAS GRADES CURRICULARES DE ENGENHARIA"

Abstract

Sustainable development was proposedconceptually based on tripod: economically viable, possiblesocially and environmentally correct. The green wave comesin corporations with a socio-environmental focus, masked byeconomic interests. In many companies do not know theprinciples governing the sustainability becomes deadly sin,generating the need for the generation of training coursesand postgraduate programmers aimed at training. Inquiriesrecently turned to training in higher education. Faculties,conversely, joined immediately called green wave andcurricula are beginning to be studied for the integration ofsustainable development concepts in the training of students.Therefore, this document presents a engineering "case" thatwas aplicated on UNA Polytechnic Institute , BeloHorizonte, MG, where the proposal is to make the conceptsof sustainability axis trainer engineer preparing to marketrequirements.
