APLICAÇÃO DE METODOLOGIA COSNTRUTIVISTA NO ENSINO DE ENGENHARIA DE PRODUÇÃO

Abstract

The use of educational games is considered aconstructivist learning tool with great integrator potential,because offers the opportunity to acquire the capacity forsynthesis. Given this, a group of researchers has beenconducting experiments with the purpose of evaluate theperformance of this methodology to improve the teachingactivities, using educational games, at the specificdisciplines of the Production Engineering Course at FederalUniversity of Paraiba. The first results of the ProductionManagement Game for fixing the central concepts ofPlanning, Programming and Production Control are verypromising, especially in relation to the motivational aspectof students.Index Terms ⎯ constructivist methods, educational games,planning and production control.
