Abstract


According Chaos Report, presented in 2009,only 32% of software projects are succefully concluded. Itshows that decades after software crisis a lot must be done.The systematization and the propagation of the bestpractices and new methodologies of development were notsufficient to ensure the improvement of department’s quality,especially in the small organizations. Therefore, the riskmanagement is emblematic. Despite its importance, muchremains to be done for their effective implementation. The ITteachers should encourage the development and adoption oftechniques and tools to increase the IT production quality.In this context, the present study proposes a risk assessmenttechnique from Neural Nets with application as a didacticmodel.Index Terms ⎯ Risk Management, Neural Network, RiskAssessment, Manager’s qualification.
