Abstract

This paper presents some conceptsabout bibliometric studies based on data base technoclogywith graphic interface, both developed from free softwares.Such Project discusses the main bibliometric indexes, eitherunder the aspect of data input, as well as of data output,brought by article about Balanced Scorecard (BSC) basedon JSTOR, creating an experimental data base. The studiespriorize the evaluation of the use of bibliometric indexes inthe area of citation and co-citation. The applicationdeveloped in this project to store and recover bibliometricdata, with some adaptation may be used for several otherpurposes.Index Terms ⎯ bibliometria, Lei de Bradford, interfacegráfica, software livre.
