Abstract
The talent management has presented aremarkable progress over recent decades. Increasingly,organizations are realizing the importance of employeeinvolvement in processes that enhance personal satisfactionand sense of belonging to the company.Thus, this project aims to teach the development of animprovement action plan based on the Balance Score Card,a result of a strategic plan developed in an organization,where he found the need to implement a tool that contributesto the growing technical, technological and knowledge of itfrom a performance evaluation.Proceeds from this study it was possible to design andimplement an educational game that allows teachingthrough a simulated scenario of an organization, a way forthe execution of a job performance evaluation whichdevelops a plan of action for business improvement.Keywords - Human talent, performance, action plan, didacticgame.
