ANÁLISE DA PERCEPÇÃO SUBJETIVA DA PRESENÇA E DO USO DE EQUIPAMENTOS PÚBLICOS DE PRAÇAS NO MUNICÍPIO DE UMUARAMA - PR

Abstract

The goal of this paper is to make studies andanalyses of urban environmental perception with thepurpose of rescuing the importance of open public spaceswhile landscapes constructed, taking into account the citizenor the users. Focusing on the potential of the city, this paperpurpose make an Urban Analysis and Proposal ofintervention in public spaces opened in the municipality ofUmuarama covering several aspects of the urban landscapein particular on squares. For both interviews were held withthe population surrounding each square and its attendantsto evaluate and consider its perception in the design offuture urban intervention proposals. Aspects related toawareness of the population in relation to the role ofsquares and its use was considered in the analysis. Thisstudy will serve as a support for the administrator of themunicipality with respect to plans of urban interventions,especially to the Umuarama city.Index Terms ⎯ Environmental perception, urbanintervention, public spaces, square revitalization, interviews.
