EDUCAÇÃO A DISTÂNCIA: VISÃO DE UM CURSO DE ESPECIALIZAÇÃO EM GESTÃO PÚBLICA MUNICIPAL

Abstract

Distance education is a reality in regard toteaching methods, considering the needs of the state toraise the educational level of its citizens, but also ofstudents by temporal or territorial limitations. The presentstudy provides an historical survey of the evolution ofeducation in the distance on the global and Brazilian andinteraction with a specialization course in the discipline.The survey was conducted in qualitative methodologythrough a literature review and then worked with focusgroups with students from ten classes of the specialization.
