Abstract


Given the ambiguity and the growing complexityof contemporary business practices, the result of newdemands for efficiency, innovation and competitiveness,ethical reflection is the basis for organizational cohesionthat has been through the adoption of policies of socialresponsibility. The need to undertake, separated from anunderstanding of the social totality can generate a kind ofentrepreneur linked to the hegemonic discourse, myopic inrelation to the society he lives and the environment, seekingonly their particular goals. Mainspring of economic andsocial development, the entrepreneurial action must also bethought of in terms of sustainability. This paper, throughliterature review and documentary aims to examine howthese issues are presented and are problematized invocational training, especially in undergraduate courses intechnology, pointing to educational intervention focused oninterdisciplinarity in social entrepreneurship and conceptionand execution of research projects and extension projects.Index Terms ⎯ Entrepreneurship, Ethics, TechnologyDegrees, Vocational Training.
