GEOTECNOLOGIAS: O MOODLE COMO APOIO AO ESTUDO DA EDUCAÇÃO CARTOGRÁFICA

Abstract


This article presents partial results of theactivities of the "Research Project Place Knowing andUnderstanding the World" developed by the Center forGeotechnology, Education and Contemporary (GEOTEC)Program Graduate Education and Contemporary(PPGEduc) University of State of Bahia (UNEB). Thisexperiment was performed on Moodle course managementsystem (CMS) in the first half of 2010, having as objectivethe development of cartographic and geographic knowledgeamong high school students in a public school in the city ofSalvador, Bahia with the potential of Geotechnology. Weemphasize the use of Geotechnology and Moodle as asupport in teaching and learning of geography.Index Terms ⎯ Geotechnology, Moodle, GeographyTeaching.
