UMA ABORDAGEM BASEADA EM JOGOS LÓGICO-MATEMÁTICOS PARA O ENSINO DE LÓGICA DE PROGRAMAÇÃO

Abstract


The learning of algorithm and programminglogic is delimited by many challenges, among them, the factof beginner students usually do not have any previousknowledge about the construction of algorithms and theneed for an extra-class time exclusively dedicated topractical activities. Despite exercises resolution to be one ofthe most important steps in learning the concepts ofprogramming logic, most of students don't find motivation toresolve long lists of exercises containing didactical, but notmotivational, examples. This work presents an alternativeapproach for teaching programming logic through theimplementation of logical-mathematical games thatencourage the resolution of the proposed exercises.Index Terms ⎯ Algorithms and programming logic, gamedevelopment, pedagogical practices in programming,programming teaching techniques.
