Abstract

The teaching of Brazilian sign language hasgained many adherents in recent years and among them areDoctors, Psychologists, Educators, and in this context thearea of computer could not get out, so this article presentsthe Environments for Multimedia Study Pounds (AMEL ),which was developed in Java platform that has thedifferential: portability, scalability. We developed twoversions one for desktops and one for mobile devices, thesoftware is to make a feature that is always close to theusers.Index Terms ⎯ Libras, Java, Inclusion, Special Education,Computer Mediated Education.
