Abstract


The need to adopt practices engineering in theconstruction of any software became apparent, but notenough to simply choose one of the many available modelsfor success. From an exploratory research it was found amarked degree of rejection by the participants of softwareprojects, to learn and use methods and methodologies inview of the difficulty of understanding the documentsprovided. This proposal seeks to mitigate the resistance tothe use of an existing model in a playful manner. Weadopted the strategy of creating case studies, using pieces oflego for building robots, where participants undergo threephases: chaotic level, level and level of managed processimprovement. The conclusion of the case studies showed agradual evolution in meeting the requirements andacceptance of the importance of project management byparticipants from the second phase.Index Terms ⎯ Project Management, Project ManagementConcepts, Software Crisis.
