METODOLOGIA DE ENSINO BASEADA NA PESQUISA DE APLICAÇÕES DE EQUAÇÕES DIFERENCIAIS ORDINÁRIAS NO CURSO DE ENGENHARIA

Abstract

This paper reports an experience in theclassroom in the discipline of ordinary differential equationscourses in computer engineering, electrical engineering,civil engineering and mechanical engineering at the FederalTechnological University of Paraná, Pato Branco campus.In this course we dealt with a teaching methodology basedon the development of a research in the area of interest togroups of students placed in the context of mathematicalmodels of ordinary differential equations. The results weresatisfactory with regard to teaching and learning of studentsmeeting the proposed objectives of the course.Index Terms ⎯ ordinary differential equations, teachingmethodology, mathematical models, research.
