Abstract

The objective of this paper is to present a studyon the strategic management of an institution of highereducation (IESP) based on the use of the methodology 7s.Though the article, will be demonstrated some ways toanalysis of information with focus in Strategy, Structure,Style, System, People, Values and Skills, that is in ainstitution and are used for model applied. The methodologywas to survey the existing documentation and informationheld by employees of the institution. Conclusion is presenteda model ideal as a proposal of a new project to increaseefficiency organizational and effectiveness in carrying outacademic activities of the institution, open ways for futuresworks of BPMN in other areas.Index Terms ⎯ Higher Education Institutions, processes,type 7s, Strategy, Structure, Style, System, People, Valuesand Skills.
