Abstract

The DocExpress project has as a main goal tocentralize and to standardize the document management.The proposed system enables companies to save documentmodels, user files and digitalized archives. Besides that, thesystem enables to control the printed documents physicalfiling and provides a search interface, making it easier.Some standard models are available to the user. From thesemodels various personalized documents can be generated todifferent users, this process minimizes the time spent withthe document issue and makes the standardizing easier.The Doc Express system presents the benefit of filingdocuments electronically.
