Abstract

This article discusses the organizational aspectof a final course project in order to draft an analysis on thepossibility of using PMI methodology of ProjectManagement to assist in meeting the requirements related tocost, schedule and scope of academic work offered byeducational institutions. The focus of this work is the need ofthe stipulation of the figure of the project manager withinthe team and the practical use of the methodology andtechniques as a key to the planning, construction anddelivery of academic papers written.Index Terms ⎯ PMI, Final Course Project, Methodology,Project Management.
