Abstract

Based on the importance of comprehensivetraining of faculty and the strategies and actions developedin the classroom develops this work on the inclusion ofdifferentiated teaching and evaluation methods that have astheir center and the student profile.The study is also basedon reflection on what is important for sustainability ofdeployment of an assessment program with the coveragerequired by Law No. 10861/04 which established theNational Assessment System of Higher Education - SINAESinitially prioritized three areas: external evaluation and selfassessment,the overall on-site courses (AGC) and NationalExamination Performance Assessment (ENADE). Theteacher, in his role as manager, needs to be aware of theimportance of their real participation in the management oftheir classes as well as the consequences of how thisinterferes with the evaluation result of the way in which itoperates.Keywords - Teacher Training, Evaluation, Teaching,Management, Learning.
