Abstract

Hypertension is currently considered as theresult of genetic alterations, physiological, structural andmetabolic adding an aggressive multifactorial trait thatwill determine the dysfunction of proportionality normalcardiac output and peripheral resistance, precursors ofthe basic pathology, thus covering the whole body, thatdue to the impairment of target organs essential inhomeostasis. We report the attacks and cardiacadaptations, particularly circulatory and renalhypertension in the process, the main predictors of deathin Brazil and worldwide. This is due to poor adherence totherapy is essential along with a process of commitmentand continuity. The hyperperfusion and hypoperfusion, passed close to the kidney, are predetermining thehypertensive nephropathy and ischemia of the parenchymarespectively. These are examples that characterize anephropathy resulting from pressure changes, having animportant role in the genesis of chronic kidney diseasewhere the artificiality of renal function with dialysis isnecessary.Index Terms – Hypertension, hypertensive nephropathy, nephrosclerosis, ischemic.
