SOCIAL-PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PROFESSIONAL -PEDAGOGICAL FEATURES OF EDUCATORS` ACTIVITY OF UNIVERSITIES
Abstract
Vocational-pedagogical activity of educators ofUniversities is not pointed only at education, study, persondevelopment of student, but at formation of expert of somespecific branch. The aims of educators` activity ofUniversities should be emphasized that they aremultifunctional, so they have complex structure. They couldnot be realized only by psychological and pedagogicalmeasures or with the aid of the teaching mythology ofspecific branches. It is necessary to create some synthesis ofknowledge of different scientific branches. All educatorscould be divided into three groups: educators withdomination of pedagogical trend, educators with dominationof scientific research trend, educators with both pedagogicaland research trend. The new criteria and standards of lifeeducators’ quality and level are formed in the modern socialconditions.Index Terms ⎯ educators` activity, innovative activity, newcriteria.
