EDUCATIONAL INTEGRATION OF SCIENCE AND BUSINESS AS A FACTOR IN AHEAD OF TRAINING FOR PETROCHEMICAL COMPLEX

Abstract

Large-scale projects of development of Russianpetrochemical complex implies advanced professional training,which will meet requirements of working industries and preparespecialists, which are able to learn quickly new technologicalprocesses and productions in short terms. The main directions ofadvanced personnel training for petrochemical complex arefundamentalization of education with the elements ofmultidisciplinarity; intense development of system of furthereducation; variability, which implies modification of content oftraining taking into account new tendencies of professionalperformance; involvement of world’s leading scientists intoeducation process.
